Bianca’s career began in general insurance broking in 1992.  She first commenced working with Annis Group Pty Ltd in 2004 as a Senior Account Manager.

Bianca became the Director of Operations and Responsible Manager in 2018 and is dedicated to the day-to-day operations of the business and the businesses compliance requirements as well as servicing many long-term clients.

Bianca is an experienced broker and a driven claims specialist who guides her clients through the claims process providing expert advice to achieve the best possible outcome in the event of a loss.  Bianca has navigated many complex and difficult claims for her clients with great success.

Through a strong focus on client relationships, Bianca understands her client’s business and the risks they are potentially exposed to.  She can explain client’s insurance programmes using terms they understand and is always readily available to assist wherever possible.

Both Franki and Bianca have a strong, tertiary qualified team behind them to ensure Annis Group Pty Ltd provide a professional and seamless service to their many dedicated, long terms client’s. 

Bianca is a Senior Associate Certified Professional of Australian and New Zealand Institute and Finance (ANZIIF) and has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking)
